Custom Event Tickets &
Posters
Are INCLUDED FREE in our Video and Ultimate Packages.
Tickets are professionally designed and printed, then
delivered to your school. Along with the tickets,
customized advertising posters are also included to increase
awareness of the dance and help sales numbers!
Ticket Log
Sheet
In addition to the individually-numbered tickets, a log
sheet to record which students purchase which tickets is
also included. This way, the students have their own
ticket, and you have a record of which ticket each student
holds.

Zone Entertainment is your school dance professional. This
is our job, and what we do each day. We are here to help
you in anyway possible in the planning of your event. From
theme ideas, to locations, to decorations and more, we are
always helping schools accomplish their vision of the
"ULTIMATE SCHOOL DANCE".
FREE Yearbook
Photos
Included with all our packages we take 150-300 digital
photos at each event. After the dance, we can mail you a CD
with all of the high-resolution, un-watermarked photos for
your use however you wish.

Putting on a
large-scale school production is not a small task. That is
why it should be left to the school dance professionals at
Zone Entertainment.
CLEAN
Edited Music
Our music is SURE to pass administrator approval. Whereas
many DJ's use "radio edited" music, we understand even the
radio lets some offensive or suggestive lyrics slip by. We
go over EACH SONG and if it contains anything offensive we
custom edit out the content to ensure a "SQUEAKY Clean" edit
of each song. All our music videos follow our same rigorous
check for clean, appropriate, school-dance content.
Allow
Staff To Know What's Going On
While working hand-in-hand with students to create the dance
of their dreams, we keep in constant communication with
staff to ensure the dance falls within school rules and
regulations, making sure everyone is aware of what's going
on.
Liability and
Insurance
Performing in an environment where students are abundant, we
see liability insurance not as an option, but as a
necessity. We carry a minimum of a $1 Million policy with
us for each of our events, and certificates of liability and
insurance are available upon request.
Meetings &
Planning
Communication is key to any successful event. We are
available for your questions at anytime. This is our
full-time job and we will be more than happy to attend any
planning or committee meetings to help make sure your event
is truly known as the "ULTIMATE SCHOOL DANCE".
