The following are some of the
most common questions we receive from our guests. If you have any
additional questions feel free to contact us and we will quickly answer
any you may have.
How much do you
charge? I don't see any prices.
Question for
you: How much does it cost to buy a car? Very little for some, A LOT
for others, right? We customize all of our packages to fit our guests'
individual needs. Due to the customized nature of our services we
cannot quote one price covering all of our guests' events. The package
chosen, type of event, time of year, location, enhancements chosen and
many other factors all come into play when determining your final
quote. We can say our packages start at $695 and can exceed several
thousand dollars depending on options chosen. High-end, interactive
entertainment is an experience that needs to be witnessed in person, and
our previous clients know this and book us more than a year in advance.
What does "High-Energy,
Interactive" mean?
It means taking
your dance to an entirely new level. Our DJ's engage the crowd from the
first song. Leading interactive activities, encouraging participation
and getting the entire crowd involved are are just a few things we do to
make your event a night to remember. Prize giveaways are always a hit
and always included with each school dance as well.
What schools have Zone
performed at? Do you carry references?
We have
performed at countless schools across the Northern Ohio area. Feel free

How far ahead must we reserve
our date?
We suggest
booking as soon as the date has been determined for your event. Even
though many of the details have not been worked out, (location, time,
theme, etc.) we still have a "reserved date" on our calendar for the
event. However, we have the ability to perform at more than one event
per evening, meaning we may have an opening next weekend. Details can
always be determined at a later date, but once all of our systems are
booked, we cannot take any more bookings for that particular date.
Do you carry insurance?
ABSOLUTELY!
Performing for more than 50,000 guests each year, we feel our $2 Million
liability policy we carry on each of our performances is a necessity.
Many party centers and event halls will not permit a DJ to set up and
perform without written documentation of this coverage.
What if school is closed due
to inclement weather the day of or day before our event?
Living in Ohio,
snow storms are inevitable in this area. When they fall on the weekend
of a Winter Formal or Holiday Snowball Dance is when conflicts arise.
We are as accommodating as possible when it comes rescheduling events
due to inclement weather and school closings. If our availability
allows, we will be more than willing to postpone the event at no cost to
you. If a date cannot be mutually worked out, we will apply any deposit
to a future event.
