Our All-Team Meeting will be taking place on Sunday, March 8, 2020, from 1 to 8 PM.  It will be located at Play Arcade & Kitchen in Mayfield. You can CLICK HERE to view a map of where to park and enter for our meeting.

Of course!  Upon arrival, please clock in under the “Training” role code.  You will remain clocked in until the conclusion of the meeting.

Yes!  This year, our awesome friends at Play Arcade & Kitchen are providing dinner and a special dessert for us.  Dinner will be served at approximately 6 PM.

We all want to ensure we are wearing the same costume as headshots will be taken at this meeting along with an overall team photo.  Costuming for our All Team Meeting will be the following:

– Zone Casual Shirt (Tri-Colored Polo)
– Dark Blue Jean (no rips or tears)
– Black Belt
– Black Socks
– Solid Black Shoes

Please follow all Zone grooming standards (which can be found by CLICKING HERE) before you arrive.

Yes.  Seeing this is the one time each year our entire team gathers together to roll out new policies, refresh on proceedures and learn great new things together, this meeting is MANDATORY for all current team members to attend.  Your leadership team has put together a great day of fun and learning and we need 100% attendance to allow everyone to experience this.

Due to the overwhelming importance of your attendance at this meeting, individuals choosing not to attend (regardless of reason) will be required to come into the office and watch a recording of the meeting within 30 days.  They also accept the concequences of having their wages (all role codes) demoted to minimum wage for the next 30 days.  This is on top of all standard disciplinary actions. 

Long story short, the day will be a lot of fun, but it is also very important for you to be there.  Please make the time in your schedule to attend.  Thank you.

As with each time we meet, being on time is extremely important.  Doors and check in will start at 12:30 PM and we will promplty start our meeting at 1:00 PM.  We ask everyone to please be in your seats and ready to go by 1:00 PM.  For those who choose to arrive late, we will have special seating reserved for you. 

What would be the fun in going to an arcade, if we didn’t get to play the games?  Of course!  Each of you will be get an unlimited game play card and we will have time during our meeting to enjoy the games.  After the meeting ends, feel free to stick around, have a drink and play as much as you wish as well. 

Yes!  We are continuing the tradition of updating our team headshots.  Our photographer friend Scott Morrison will be on site to provide headshots of all team members and our overall team photo.  Because of this, it is important each team member come in appropriate costume (Zone Casual shirt, dark blue jeans, black socks, and black shoes) and prepare themselves for these photos before arrival.  All Zone grooming standards will be enforced and can be found by CLICKING HERE.
