This is the first step in joining the Zone family!  Whether it’s through the request a quote page on our site, by email, or by phone, Zone is here and ready to assist.  Someone will connect with you to shortly to schedule your discovery meeting.

Step 2: Discovery Meeting

No two people are alike, which means no two events will be alike.  We want to learn all about YOU!  Your initial discovery meeting allows you to learn more about Zone and tell us your story and vision.  We are here to listen, suggest, dream and design with you throughout your event process.  For this meeting we invite you into our office located in Oakwood Village, OH or we could set something up via telephone or video chat.  This meeting discusses your goals, budget, event specifics and ask questions which help us uncover your perfect entertainment production solution.  Plus you get to meet the person who you will be working with on your event!

Step 3:  Design & Quote

After taking in all of the information from our discovery meeting, your awesome Zone Team Member will produce a quote and event design to meat your vision, goals and budget.  During this time, we might be presenting your event floor plans, renderings layouts so you can see what your design will look like.
